A simple, useful and powerful software for focus stacking and miniature panorama stitching.
Application description
HeliconFocus, a simple and powerful software for focus stacking and miniature panorama stitching. It is designed to solve the problem of shallow depth of field in macro photography, micro photography and hyperfocal landscape photography.
Do you have trouble taking macro photos where the depth of field is so shallow that even when the aperture is minimised, the depth of field is still limited, this part is clear, that part is blurred, that part is clear, this part is blurred – you can’t get both in focus!
This is a feature of macro photography that cannot be completely solved by hardware alone, and Helicon Focus is the software designed to solve this problem. You take a group of shots of the same subject with different focus positions and import them into the software, which will automatically give you a large depth-of-field, full-clean shot!
HeliconFocus is a tool for creating a fully focused image from several partially focused images by integrating focus areas.
It is designed to solve shallow depth of field problems when doing macrophotography, microphotography and hyperfocal landscape photography.
HeliconFocus can generate a fully focused image from multiple partially focused images by comparing the areas of focus. The software is designed for super magnification photography, micrographics and hyperfocal landscape photography to solve the problem of small depth of field in these areas.
The software is also able to handle continuous photography of objects that change size and position frequently. This feature is important in super magnification photography.
