Bill 2 invoicing makes it easy for you. Get the ideal invoice in just three easy steps.
1. Create an invoice
An invoice consists of three parts: Customer information| Invoice information| Item, shipping, discount, amount. You can also create inverted commas. Quotations can be converted into invoices.
The invoice can have a separate number, a due date and can be (automatically) marked as sent, due or paid. bill remembers the customer, address and customer number for you and of course you can import customers directly from Mac OS X Contacts.app with just one click.
2. Adding items
Bill remembers the most recent items. This means you don’t have to keep re-entering them, but can add them with just one click. Items can include a title, subtitle, base amount, quantity, possible taxes and an optional SKU number.
Alternatively, you can add (optional) shipping costs and Bill will remember them, so they can be added with another click. And, of course, you can always add – or even better – subtract the optional discount; either a fixed amount or a percentage of the total.
3. Print invoices
Or just create PDF files, or even better, send them directly as email attachments. And because you can give Bill access to Mac OS X Contacts.app, it already knows your customer’s email address. Yes, you can reprint and resend invoices at any time.
Because with inspiration, you can of course create and print invoices in any language (even left-to-right writing) and create your own layouts/designs with just a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Or, simply customise one of the existing layouts/designs to suit your needs.
Easy money
